PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA DOP
From old vines in the heart of DOP areas, the careful selection of Primitivo grapes harvested by hand in small boxes originates Gocce. It is a ruby-red wine, with a round and smooth taste and a bouquet reminiscent of jam, wild berries and notes of caramel. Both its important structure and its distinguishing elegance admirably identify the territory. It perfectly matches with red meat, game and aged cheese paired with jams.

Production method: vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in French barrels and American barrique at least for 10 months.
