This wine has an elegant ruby-red colour and an intense aroma, with notes of ripe plums, tobacco leaves, cherry jam and cocoa. It is slightly spicy, with a pleasant finish of vanilla and cocoa. On the palate, it has a great structure, with a smooth flavour rich of ripe tannins. It matches with aged cheese, pasta and pizza.

Production method: vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, refinement in American barrique for about 12 months.
