This wine is slightly sparkling, pleasant and elegant. Its bouquet is reminiscent of fresh-picked red fruit. With its lively palate, it matches with starters and light dishes. Ideal with shellfish and cheese, too.

Production method: Short cryo-maceration of the skin through soft press and cleaning of the must by sediments flotation with injection of nitrogen. Thermo-controlled fermentation at 15°C which is interrupted at 12,5% vol. by cold and tangential filtration. Refinement in stainless steel with periodic suspension of lees through injection of carbon dioxide.
