Càla is a transparent yellow wine, with hints of green. The nose has floral scents and intense notes of citrus. Its taste is fresh, savoury and fairly bodied. The finish is persistent and reminiscent of almonds and apples. It perfectly matches with shellfish and first courses made with clams.
